Scan Master is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit your scanned documents, PDF files, or images to any external servers. All document processing (including OCR, PDF creation, encryption, and editing) happens locally on your device.

A. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we (or our third-party service providers) may automatically collect certain device and usage data, including:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

B. Permissions We Request

Please note that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security for the anonymous analytics data transmitted to our third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability & Data Loss Disclaimer:

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. All document processing, scanning, and file operations take place locally on your device. The developers and owners of Scan Master shall not be held liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, file corruption, accidental deletion, device malfunction, or any business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the App. Users are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of their original documents and important files.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information (such as through a support email), we will delete such information immediately.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
