Welcome to Dimmer Pro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dimmer Pro mobile application (the "App") operated by Nitesh. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not use the App.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on a mobile device owned and controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App.

• Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, translation, or derivative work from the App.

• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) posted by us or the licensors of the App.

• Use the App for any revenue-generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended.

3. Medical Disclaimer (Eye Care)

Dimmer Pro is a utility application designed to reduce screen brightness and filter blue light for user comfort. 

Disclaimer: The App is NOT a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including but not limited to eye strain, macular degeneration, or insomnia. If you experience severe eye pain, vision problems, or chronic sleep issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, advertisements, and other products, services, and/or materials). You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. 

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Nitesh and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.

• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
