TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OLO PLAYER

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Olo Player, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

2. USE LICENSE

Olo Player grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app strictly in accordance with these Terms. 

You agree not to:

- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.

- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the app.

3. USER CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITY

Olo Player is a media player designed to play audio and video files stored on your device. We do not host, provide, or distribute any media content. You are solely responsible for the media you choose to play using the app. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any copyrighted or illegal material you may access locally on your device.

4. PRIVATE FOLDER AND DATA LOSS

Olo Player includes a Private Folder feature that allows you to secure your personal media. 

Please note:

- This data is secured locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

- We do not have access to your PINs or security questions.

- We are not responsible for any permanent data loss if you forget your PIN, lose your device, or uninstall the app without backing up your files.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The app may use third-party services (such as Google Firebase) for analytics and crash reporting. These services have their own Terms of Use. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The app is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. Olo Player makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Olo Player or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
