2. Core Privacy Guarantee: 100% On-Device Processing

SizeKro is designed with a privacy-first, offline-capable architecture:

- No Personal Photos Stored or Uploaded: All photo cropping, compression, aspect ratio resizing, and background adjustments occur 100% locally on your device using on-device processing algorithms and ML Kit. Your photos are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted to our servers or any third-party cloud servers.

- No Signatures Collected: Signatures cleaned or edited remain strictly inside your device's local memory and temporary storage.

- No Documents Stored: PDF generation and document conversions are executed on your phone, and the generated files are saved directly to your device storage.

3. Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party SDKs

To keep SizeKro free, stable, and secure, we integrate trusted industry-standard SDKs provided by Google:

A. Google AdMob (Advertising)

- We use Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements.

- Google AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID), coarse location data (derived from IP address), and ad interaction telemetry.

- You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your Android device settings: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.

B. Google Firebase Analytics

- Collects aggregated, non-personally identifiable metrics (such as app opens, screen views, feature interactions, and session duration) to help us understand app performance and improve user experience.

C. Google Firebase Crashlytics

- If an unexpected error or crash occurs, Firebase Crashlytics collects anonymous crash diagnostics, stack traces, device model, and OS version to enable our development team to identify and resolve stability issues quickly.

D. Google Firebase Remote Config

- Fetches non-personal configuration parameters over-the-air (such as default compression presets and ad toggles) without requiring full app updates from Google Play.

4. Device Permissions Used

SizeKro follows Google Play’s principle of least privilege:

- Android Photo Picker: SizeKro uses the native Android Photo Picker. This ensures the app does not require or request broad read/write access to your entire photo gallery. Only the specific image you manually select is accessed.

- Camera (Optional): Used strictly when you choose to take a fresh photo or document snapshot directly within the app.

- Internet Access: Used solely to load advertisements via Google AdMob and transmit anonymous analytics/crash logs to Google Firebase.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

SizeKro is an exam and utility application designed for general audiences aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that personal information has inadvertently been provided by a minor, please contact us immediately at admin@downloadkart.com, and we will take prompt steps to remove it.

6. Data Security

All image transformations and PDF processing occur locally within the isolated sandbox environment of your Android operating system. Because we do not operate remote servers to ingest or store your files, your documents remain under your full physical and cryptographic control.
