1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SizeKro application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the application immediately.

2. Permitted Use & User Responsibility

- SizeKro is provided as a utility application to assist users in resizing photos, cleaning digital signatures, and compiling PDF documents in accordance with common competitive exam and government portal specifications.

- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the dimensions, file sizes, format, and content of any uploaded or exported media strictly adhere to the specific official guidelines of the exam authority, governmental portal, or educational institution to which you submit them.

- You agree not to use SizeKro for any unlawful purposes, impersonation, forgery, fraudulent submission, or copyright infringement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

- All intellectual property rights in the SizeKro application—including but not limited to code, user interface design, logos, icons, trademarks, and documentation—are the exclusive property of Downloadkart / Nitesh Codes.

- Users retain 100% full and unconditional ownership of all personal images, signatures, and PDF files created or processed using the app.

4. Advertisements & Third-Party Services

SizeKro provides its features free of charge and is supported by advertisements served by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any products, services, or content advertised by third parties.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SizeKro is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for precision in image processing, compression algorithms, and portal presets, we do not warrant that exported files will be universally accepted by every external web portal, as portal requirements can change without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Downloadkart, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application—including but not limited to missed application deadlines, rejection of submitted forms, or device malfunctions.

7. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the application at any time without prior notice.
